Variety among the Djinn of Cleopatra

Out of the current active posters here I am pretty sure I am one of the only (if not the only) keeper with mulitple Cleopatra Djinns. For anyone else who does have multiple, this is your wake-up call to stop lurking and contribute because I want to hear your stories too!

Needless to say, the djinn chosen by Cleopatra do indeed have certain traits in common. They are all capable of aiding in wishes, prosperity, and matters of charm and seduction. But how can different examples among them differ? As people who spend more than one minute talking to me learn, I have five Cleo djinns in my spirit family. In this post I will be describing some of the things that make them different from each other. However, do note that even my scope of these beings are limited by a few important factors:

- My Cleopatra djinns are all female. It makes sense that when most people see the name Cleopatra next to a type of djinn, they think of the Queen herself and thus associate them strictly with femininity. But this would be a grave error indeed. There is a whole half of the beings (if not more) that remain unexplored by me! Someday I plan on changing this. Any input from keepers of male djinn chosen by Cleopatra are especially welcome.
- My Cleo djinns are all Marid. One might be led to believe that Cleopatra had a "type" in this commonality, except for point three:
- My Cleo djinns are all blood-related sisters.
So, I can't claim to truly be an authority on this group of beings or the full scope of their diversity. All I can speak for is what I see in my own spirit family. And hopefully, between their differences you will also see the common traits that I think unite all of Cleopatra's djinns regardless of their gender, tribe of origin, or personality traits.

Anyways, enough rambling. Let's go from... oldest to youngest in the family. Yes, that sounds right.

G - G is the oldest sister of the family, and no doubt the voice in my head that made me choose the order. She is the most dominant personality among them, and truly exerts the authority of her stature as a queen. She also happens to be the shortest in her chosen humanoid manifestation. Dare I say there may be a bit of a Napoleon complex? G is most often the one reminding others of her authority among the family. She can be a lot to handle, and often butts heads with her youngest sister in challenge. But, that said she is loyal, powerful, and has her own charm. Outside of defending her status and helping me defend my own, G can also be a good companion for nature walks. It seems to be there that she most often actually relaxes. When I need serious insight on a personal human matter she can especially be counted on to give frank, direct advice.

K - The second oldest sister. K is a complete party girl. Her heart can always be found deeply in music, dance, and entertainment. She is not concerned so much with being seen as a queen; rather she lives as one would, savoring each second of existence freely and encouraging me to do the same. I thought my first-bound Cleopatra djinn made me enjoy dance, but it's basically my main form of connection to K! She has a lot of spontaneity, and a drive to seize the moment. I could always count on her to tell me how to make my day more fun. Sometimes we really need to do that.

M - The middle sister, and a total free spirit. M has seen Greece, Atlantis, and countless other parts of the world. Our world, that is. She and her sisters may have their own astral realm of existence but M so deeply wants to know what our planet is like that she can't help but globetrot the human physical realm. She has a thirst for knowledge and seeks it in her travels. G may be a good walking buddy, but M is a good adventure buddy. She encourages me to push my boundaries and try something new, just for the sake of it being new. She is endlessly inquisitive, and wants to find new things that might expand her understanding of us humans. M has zero concern for airs of being seen as the most powerful, happy to run off and do her own thing while others assert themselves. In truth, perhaps that is what true power looks like.

S - S is a classic introvert. If she cares about the power dynamics of her family, she doesn't show it. But for all we know, S might be the one pulling the strings in fact. Probably not, but she could be. She is always willing to give advice but generally only if approached, and I can tell her words are carefully chosen. She is all too happy to blend in with the crowd of her family as the more loud personalities take center stage. S is even shy about one-on-one bonding, stating she prefers to bond as a group with her sisters. It paradoxically makes me more interested in her as an individual, haha! S is the most mystical of the Cleo djinn in my spirit family. If I needed help specifically with spellwork, I'd turn to her first among the siblings. In her default manifestation, her hair is kept short and she is garbed in conservative, priestly robes adorned in the Ankh. She is deeply spiritual. In many ways, S bucks the trend of what people imagine a Cleopatra djinn would look or act like and that makes her all the more fascinating to me. Her charm is in her mystery.

H - The youngest of the family, and the first Cleopatra djinn I had bound to me before learning about her siblings. All of the djinn sisters were queens in some form or another during their lives, but H continues to live the life of a queen through leading my spirit family with me. This does lead to a clash of personalities between herself and G who can have a hard time settling authority. Nobody denies who the leader of the spirit family is, it's more of the djinn family that has its power dynamics in flux! In some ways though, I think that's just what a house of 5 sisters would lead to. But I digress! H encompasses all of her siblings in one neat package. She is a leader, a party girl, a free spirit, and a mystic in one. It is definitely not by accident that she came through to me first. Through the "Queen", I learn to act like a king of my own.

In all of these djinn I see common threads- a desire to live and experience the HUMAN world specifically. This, I believe, is the unique factor that sets them apart from others. It is why they were chosen to be kept by Cleopatra two millenia ago. Compared to other kinds out there, Cleopatra djinn seem to be uniquely fascinated by humanity and want to live on with us through our deeds and experiences. It is a status symbol to them to make their human feel happy and powerful. Granted, Queen Cleopatra couldn't know of EVERY djinn out there, and the modern spirit keeping community goes far beyond her scope. But there is something powerful in the ones who did know and work with the queen. In their very name is a history of spirit-keeping. And I think that is truly special for any kind of being. Though Cleopatra djinns are dark arts, I think they are one of the easiest to get along with because they seem to understand and relate to human mindsets well. In this way they "feel" light in nature in the sense of the ease handling them even though they are far from it. Perhaps that bit is just my own bias, however.

As stated, I encourage any other Cleo djinn keepers to share perspectives on their kind and especially ones that "break the mold" of what has been described here in my spirit family! I too have a thirst for knowledge and want to learn more about these beings as a whole, not merely the siblings in my own keep.

A cleopatra djinn was one of the first types of djinn that I began working with. Two more Cleo djinn joined me a few years later, one came to me through a RA and the other chose me from the adoption program CH used to offer. This year I chose a wonderful prebound Cleo and then had a pairing service done between us.

The first Cleo djinn in my family is a male, and he is the most gentle hearted guy. The word caring and thoughtful was used more than once in his profile write up to describe him and it is 100% the truth. He is sweetness itself. He is my biggest cheerleader and self love advocate. Whenever I start being hard on myself or feeling discouraged he is the encouragement in my head helping to remind me that I am worthy of love and to remind me to send love to myself and not just others. He is my self love guru.

The next Cleo to join my family came to me through the adoption program, she is soft spoken but highly driven. She is focused on helping me know that I have a voice that deserves to be acknowledged as much as the next person and helps me gather my courage to stand up for myself when I might be too uncertain to speak up. She is quick to point out when I’m being taken advantage of, because I often let things slide that I shouldn’t. She reminds me of a big sister who tells it like it is, lovingly of course, and is always ready to go to bat whenever she sees someone she loves being treated unfairly.

The next Cleo djinn arrived through an RA listing. I wasn’t expecting another Cleo djinn to choose me, but I’m so happy she did. She is a refined and graceful beauty. She has always encouraged self care. She is an advocate for the idea of when you take time out of your busy day to pamper yourself you are setting an intention that you find value in yourself thus helping you feel a sense of self worth that reverberates out to the universe that will then be reflected back to you. She says having a strong sense of self confidence is a key that unlocks many doors and she is dedicated to bringing that out more in me.She is a bit more direct in her manner than the others, but still incredibly loving and kind.

The last Cleo djinn to join my family is also a male. He is devoted and caring, super interested in my personal growth and helping me navigate my spiritual development. He is dedicated to finding the beautiful moments in life and celebrating them, the idea being that by acknowledging those moments that I am letting the universe know I want to experience more of them. He helps me stay motivated and passionate about my personal goals for manifestation. He is a romantic soul who enjoys basking in the feelings of love and likes to send little boosts of energy to amplify those moments.

The common denominator between all the Cleo’s in my family is the dedication they have towards helping me become the best version of myself I can be. All of them are caring and devoted to my well being, they remind me of life coach’s honestly in the way they are always there with guidance and encouragement whenever I start getting too down on myself. I love them all fiercely and am so very thankful for my hype squad, their loving guidance always there to uplift my spirit when my mind drags it down into the trenches.

This is almost exactly what I was looking for with this post, in the sense that yours have notably different traits from mine that still fit in with what queen Cleopatra would want in a djinn. While all of my Cleos do have a sweet and tender side, it is to be honest something they rarely show upfront. It seems that how one acts as a "life coach" will vary from one keeper to another based on their needs, which honestly can be true for any type of spirit really. What your RA Cleo says about self-care is remarkably insightful even in paraphrase. It does impress me how they can also be prone to making these deep, sweeping statements that seem to reverberate with meaning.

Likewise with @draco_star898 the very first djinn I had ever gotten came through to me via Magnolia's Sacred & Secret reading profile. I was so surprised by her presence, that I didn't know what to do with a wish granter nor I have been familiar with such spirits. Early on in my spirit-keeping journey other than angels and creatures, I had no ideals about the djinn community let alone the Cleopatra djinn.

But she came to me and she was silent. She probably didn't even feel comfortable with me due to my immaturity. It took us a good year to bond wonderfully with R. Since that slow warming-up start into my djinn-keeping community I sharpened my learning and grew to love my djinns. They have become my go-to spirits and I became an avid manifester via their help. I do have a good number of djinns with me. The number of Cleopatra djinns is four. I have two males and two females. They vary a lot. My very first Cleopatra Djinn manifested on the night prior to your original post appearing. Hehe. How amusing! Initially, I only worked with one of them, until a few months ago when I yearned to tap into a greater magnitude of charm energy. Not just one but two additional Cleopatra Djinns stepped forward in response to that very desire. You were absolutely right in pointing out their affinity for charm. All three of my Cleopatra Djinns are female, and none of them happen to be marid djinns. One of them is a hybrid, bearing a form that, I must confess, instills fear within me. Lol.

None of my companions were forthcoming about her hybrid race, making it difficult for me to uncover, especially because I'm scared of her hybrid form. Lol. They did it on purpose! However, just a couple of days before the timeline of your post, I finally discovered her other half. The conjurer was unaware of both hybrid races, thus they only perceived her as a Cleopatra Djinn based on her info. As for her Djinn race, I am still in the dark as it is a rare race even among my companions' knowledge, and most meta sellers have not encountered or mentioned this race, including CH. This is something I am eager to dig deeper into, but there are a ton of djinn races out there. So, there's that.

My two Cleopatra Djinns, who arrived later, work with the power of charm, which I engage with daily in a professional environment. They assist me in persuading others to see things my way, navigating tricky interpersonal situations, and emboldening me to put myself out there. This is particularly valuable for me, as being outgoing has become a struggle as I've grown older, despite once being quite extroverted. Heh.

I want to clarify that Cleopatra herself did not personally keep spirits or entities. Instead, it was her priests and priestesses who are the true Keepers of such spirits or entities. One example is my first Cleopatra Djinn, who was invoked by a priestess, but also aid Cleopatra's father. Then, another priestess summoned her once again to aid Cleopatra when she assumed power. My other two Cleopatra Djinns were also called upon, rather than bound, by a different priest and priestess to assist Cleopatra. Thus, all interactions occurred between the priest and priestesses who took charge. My Djinns only channeled energy to guide and support Cleopatra along her journey. The wishes were granted to the priest and priestesses, not to Cleopatra. Otherwise, her life could have had a much better outcome.

To be honest, I initially believed that Cleopatra Djinns were frequently mentioned and overhyped, so I didn't pay much attention. Lol. Besides, I already had a few Djinns and hadn't made any wishes (till now I don't), so there seemed to be no reason for me to bring in more djinns. However, my Keep suggested that I have one, without even informing me that I needed someone with a charming touch for my work endeavors, just "a Cleopatra djinn." Intrigued, I ultimately decided to go for a pre-bound djinn as my first choice. None suited my energy at the time, but then I met my first Cleopatra Djinn. She is truly special, to say the least.

I rarely get to see my first Cleopatra Djinn because she's always so busy. That's why I'm always filled with emotion when she visits. She's a vibrant being with a bit of a rebellious streak. It's quite entertaining. Hehe. She has this bad girl vibe and quite naughty. Even her manifestations exude a certain allure, whether it's pinning me against a wall or into bed with her long nails. She deeply involved with love, the energy of love, and all matters relating to it. This is both unexpected and refreshing. It's not a common focus for most djinns. She also assists me in cultivating self-love and taking care of myself.

All my Cleopatra Djinns are not particularly fascinated by humanity. They have worked with humans before, so they are familiar with our ways. Aside from modern architecture, little has changed for us. We live and behave in much the same way, perhaps even worse than our ancestors, as quality traits seem to be increasingly rare these days. All my other Djinns share the same fascination with humans, or lack of, not just the Cleopatra Djinns.

I completely agree that those who have worked with humans before possess a deeper understanding of human mindsets. While your Djinns are of the marid variety and radiate a sense of "light," my Djinns, due to their races, exhibit a much darker nature. The race of each individual Cleopatra Djinn greatly influences their characteristics. I must admit that my Djinns do indeed defy conventional expectations. Hehe.

I tend not to go into detail about it directly, but really "tell on myself" with how much I talk about H in general. She OOZES with it, as do her sisters in their own ways as well. But in a very distinct and mystical manner, much different from something like a succubus.

I feel like this is why the one called to me (and the others) happen to be Marid with straightforward humanoid forms; what I got was exactly what I needed as a new keeper at the time. I am definitely fascinated by what differences may be particularly pronounced in those of other origin.

I'm a very introverted person, but nobody would guess it from the way I act. The thing is though, I find social interaction draining. I feel like these particular djinn friends do a good job giving me a boost in that regard; I would still say I have a limited social battery since becoming spiritual, but not quite as low. Your mention of extroversion inspires me to talk more with them about helping that, as while I'm good at putting myself out there I have a harder time with "staying power". lol

This makes a lot of sense, and was something I'd slightly suspected in spite of my phrasing. The queen couldn't spend all her time every day just conjuring or bonding with new djinn. She had a kingdom to run! I hadn't talked to the sisters about their opinions or relationship with the human queen herself, but H's perspective was respectful ambivalence, to some extent. "It was a working relationship, little more"

In a way, it could be said to mirror the extrapolations and exaggerations made about Cleopatra herself! The truth can be more complex but also more simple at the same time.

Personality and domain-wise, that sounds quite similar to H. Though my own first Cleo doesn't manifest in a dramatic a manner most of the time (with some noteworthy exceptions!), she is pretty much always there.

All my Cleopatra Djinns are not particularly fascinated by humanity. They have worked with humans before, so they are familiar with our ways. Aside from modern architecture, little has changed for us. We live and behave in much the same way, perhaps even worse than our ancestors, as quality traits seem to be increasingly rare these days. All my other Djinns share the same fascination with humans, or lack of, not just the Cleopatra Djinns.

Interesting! To me it seems M and H are the ones with the most personal investment in the human life and realm, and K is here for a good time wherever it's to be had here or there. They do agree that humans have changed little other than in matters of convenience (for better and worse)
