I took a look at her page and apparently you can pay $2,530.00 to "marry" Hecate. The description says:

Alot of it seems to be targeting the ego and there is already like 5 guys bought and reviewed this, make of that what you will.

Also, I looked ALL the review with rating less than 5 stars and found that all the people with 1 star rating are saying nothing manifested and she just replied over top of their review that she has discussed with the user and everything is perfect now. So, yes definitely a scam.
If any moderator is watching can you put this name in the forums search directory as someone to avoid? For future reference in case anyone searches.
