So everytime I seem to get involved with pre bound incubi I get anxiety and fear. Can anyone tell me why this is? I've felt some sexual arousal with them but not much. Also I've n3ver been able to get them to sexually interact with me even if I ask outright. So because of this I've decided to get a male nympho. I'm a gay male btw. I'm hoping that since I've heard these are white arts entities that their energy will be less anxiety provoking.

Hello friend, welcome to the forums!
It's very understandable for a first-time keeper to feel anxiety about incubi or succubi (Ubis, we call them in the community). They are beings with quite a bit of baggage in the human realm. If I had to ponder I would guess that your incubus is holding back, or going so easy on you that you can't even feel it yet, out of concern for your anxieties. He wants to make sure you are comfortable, but this is a block you have to overcome yourself. I am of the personal mind that 99% of people wanting to be a spirit keeper should not start with a Ubi but a nympho instead.
Do not fret, this doesn't mean you have made a truly wrong choice. It just means that you may connect better with your incubus after spending time practicing with the nympho. My first nympho was SUPER patient with me while I navigated the fears and doubts surrounding being a keeper, and forming a healthy bond with her helped me develop the communication skills I needed to more easily interact with my second spirit, a DA Cleopatra Djinn.

It's not that I have anxiety about being with the incubus.
It just seems like I'm sensing the energy they give off as anxiety for some reason. Maybe demons just aren't compatible with my personal energy.

Beyond the paranormal, do you experience anxiety or nervousness when entering a new relationship? These feelings of fear and anxiety stem from within you, rather than being influenced by your incubus.Justinkl69 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2025 5:28 pm So everytime I seem to get involved with pre bound incubi I get anxiety and fear. It's essential to build a genuine friendship and connection with him. Understand his personality, get used to his energy, don't reduce him to a mere object fulfilling your desires on command. If your interest in Spirit Keeping revolves solely around sexual gratification, you're completely missing the deeper purpose of this practice. These spirits have so much more to offer than just pleasure.
Discovery lies in open hearts and minds, ignorance thrives in closed spaces.

Although I may not be able to definitively pin down the source of or the reason for the feeling of anxiety, I suspect the solution to the dilemma/problem could be to improve the way you source/contact Incubi.
Could be - as you didn't say how you've come into contact with Incubi, I'm making an assumption that that could be a factor.
This link is to a safe, protected way to Invoke Incubi who will be well matched to you. As well as having been created by expert, experienced, reliable practitioners, it's also free.

You may also want to use a psychic protection for yourself and the room you're in when making the contact, as this will help keep out stray/unpleasant energies and help you stay relaxed. Grounding techniques help with that too.
Finally, you may want to think of Incubi differently. Christianity seems to have been responsible for labelling any kind of sexual being demonic - ie evil/malicious. I know there are some occult traditions that are happy to work with certain kinds of dark being labelled as 'demonic' but who aren't malicious or evil.
Creepy Hollows does not work with or conjure malicious beings. It classifies Demons' by their malicious and evil nature.
In Creepy Hollows' definition, Incubi are not demons but simply dark energy sexual beings.

If there's any hint of worry anxiety in your mind somewhere over their allegedly demonic status, this could cause some kind of block affecting interaction. Plus, if someone is new to working with spirits, immediate strong connection is by no means guaranteed.
Not the resident expert. Just another spirit keeper. Since 2017.

One thing that usually helps, is communication.
I've got an incubus in my keep, who gave me a fairly standardized protocol for "getting started," for lack of a better expression.
When you do this, be on neutral ground. The example E gave me was, don't do this in bed and naked, but don't do it in front of your friendly neighborhood exorcist, either.
Slow down and relax, however you do that. Then invite some protective spirits of your choice in, to stand by. The idea here is not to intimidate, but to keep everyone on their best behavior. This will be expected: it's not taken as a sign of distrust.
Once your protectors are ready, and you're ready, invite the incubus in, in your own way. Once you know he's there, there are three questions you need to ask. More is fine, but these three are crucial.
And as counterintuitive as it sounds, don't accept any response that's either just about sex, or is an obvious dodge. Any incubus that's serious about being a companion, will appreciate honesty, and will want more than just hot nights in the hay. These questions will be expected; you should expect specific answers to them.
1. What do you see in me/Why are you attracted to me? Again, phrase it your own way, but what you want to know is, why you, why me, why "us," if you follow.
2. What are you offering me?
3. What do you expect from me in return?
If you want to ask some follow-up questions, do so.
Once all your questions are answered, ask for some time to think it over. A day or three is usually enough. This is not "no contact" time, it's "no pressure" time. This will be expected, and it will be honored: by the same token, make sure you hold up your end of this, and don't skip out on the next part.
When the appointed time comes, invite him back in, the same way you did before (slow down, have protectors standing by). If you want to clarify or counter some of the answers you got to the important questions, this would be the time to do that.
Either way, let him know where you want to go from here. Note that acclimating to DA spirits can be a bit of a shock to the system for some, so try to make sure you won't have a major life event in the next few days. If you're new to DA spirits, and you've got, say, college exams, or extensive travel, or visiting relatives, to deal with in the near term, you can tell him to leave you alone until you're ready.
And after that, well...you've got a lifetime ahead of you.

Do succubus also give the anxiety feeling?
