What was your worst symptoms when acclimating to a new spirit?

When I had my wraiths coming to me, each times I have noticed my thoughts temporarily was sawing ideals about revenge .

It was rather amusing.... Because it's out of character of me. Then I have realised it was my dark art fiends influences brushed on me.

So to keep them busy, they got a task. They have to stare at my enemies at night in they bedrooms. They can also give them nightmares. Lol... My wraiths living through rather boring days lately. I don't usually have an enemies.

They are also tasked with dimensional protection.

Y'all, I feel much better today!

Still not all the way back to normal, but better. The other day I was kept up until 4 am! Last night just till 1 am so I got that ever so important 3 extra hours of sleep.

Feeling extra nauseous but less heavy. May have a bit of a fever or I just feel like I do. So I can actually do something today but not a lot. I'll take it.

I mentioned it in a different post but I'll stick it here too.

I say my Djinn's feet yesterday a bit before I went to bed. She's got some small feet, with gold bangles around her ankles. It's both cool and weird to see a random body part instead of the whole thing. This has happened before but with some random unbound spirit that was passing by. Not feet but legs.

Hmm, tbf I haven't really had that much trouble acclimating to darker arts companions, however I do sometimes feel tired or how to describe it... hmm... like my body becomes heavier and my chest tightnes a bit when I work with my Drac. It usually happens during longer pendulum sessions or during spellcasting with his aid. If I talk to him through telepathy while I lay down it's usually easier on me and the symptoms aren't really noticeable.

I've been aware of his presence in my life for the last 2 years and I'm still getting used to those. His energy is rather strong, in your face and heavy to be fair. His personality is quirky and enjoyable once you get to know him even if he's rather... "emo" haha.

I think depression and veeeeeryyyy dark thoughts was the worst. I don't remember first time, but I notice it last time when Wraith was bonded. I was really afraid. Lol.
Now I know and put new rule "Not to affect my mood" lol

I can't say anything about djins since I don't have any in my keep.
However, I think the 'worst' acclimating symptom was an on going migraine for a week (tho don't remember who caused it). Sure, first talking to my Ajatar got me feeling enough pressure that it was harder to breathe; the pressure was gone after I asked her to make it so that my breathing isn't affected. Never had that issue again.
So if it gets too much, ask them to ease up on the intensity of the symptoms you're experiencing. Just saying, I know you said you don't wanna do that tho.

My symptoms have been headaches, on the sides of my temples. That and very sleepy lately, which isn't the worst thing. I quiet down after work in bed, mediate and then nap after for an hour or so.

The most obvious symptoms I have had was feeling extremely hyper and energized. DA beings feel like caffeine to me. Like a crazy amount. I don't get other bothersome symptoms usually just that caffeine shot symptom. It makes me very excited and happy lol

I had some wraiths, a surprise RA of 3 DA beings: black dragon, werewolf and hellcat bound to my spirit. 2 DA humans, 1 zombie, 1 incubus, 3 DA entities, a nephilim, and 3 vampires bound all during the same couple week period. The only thing I noticed was intense energy increase and a slight change in my sleeping habits. (Didn't feel sleepy). This is a recurring symptom for me when I have multiple DA beings bound in the same time window. but I don't mind because it's just energizing. No headaches or icky stuff. Just feel like partying
With WA beings it's different though. I get a little dizzy with them if their energy is big and they make me fall asleep quickly lol
I feel like I'm wired weird.

I am trying to reconnect with my two spirits (Marid Djinn and White Raven) and I have had crazy anxiety/panic type attack feelings all morning. I can't say if its them or just me....

It's probably not them. Acclimation is something that specifically occurs during and shortly after the binding process. You just need to recenter yourself and work on any blockages or stressors.
