@WildFlowers1111 On top of the discussion and advice you've already had above, there are some principles that CH have talked about. I apologise if you already know all this.

If you can tick these off, then your bases are covered, as they say.

i. Always do your homework when choosing a conjurer

ii. Set clear house rules

It's up to you how tight you want to make it in terms of what your spirit family let's through to contact you. For example, you really should task your spirit family to not let in any malicious beings, energy, magic or influences. You can also specifically task them to not let in any tricksters or feeders. iii. We can never have too much protection

That goes along with 'Why have a few bodyguards when you can have an army?' Also all bound companions tend to be protective of us but specialist protection spirits are outstanding in that role. Volkhs & Courtwind Angels (WA), for example. But if we have say 3 different types of specialist protection spirits, that will give broader, overlapping protection than just one type, as each spirit type has their relative strengths and weaknesses.

Protection spell bindings are worth getting too. The maxim that three different ones are better than just one type holds true here too.

- As you're concerned about black magic you can add spirit or spell bindings that specialise in this area. Haltija do, for one.

If we can tick these boxes, then we should be very well protected and there isn't really anything to worry about. If after that symptoms of attack recommence, I think the likelihood that there's a psychosomatic element is greatly increased.

This is gonna be a long one, my apologies.

I recently welcomed an Angel, on the night the coven that conjured him said the binding would be complete. The binding was done via distance on a vessel I already owned.

What you need to know is, that I’m under extremely heavy black magick attack by extended relatives. Not regular-degular black magick that you can easily cleanse. Caribbean black magick (if you know, you know)— and it’s constant— they are literally trying to kill me. This is actually why I got started spirit keeping. My Courtwind and Ciri angels from CH have been a big help, as have my warrior archangels.

I was okay for a while, until that night. When I welcomed and accepted him. I had to get cleansed by a professional witch that my family has gone to for ages. I was feeling really good too… that is until today.

Today I took it upon myself to meditate with the vessel. Then it happened again. Now I’m extremely sick, and my pet is scared.

The thing is, his energy FEELS angelic. Everything points to him being an Angel, but I also know that imposters (especially those sent by skilled obeah and voudon practitioners) can be exceptionally clever and deceptive even to very discerning people.

It’s nothing to do with the coven who conjured and binded him; they are great! I’m just wondering if I invited some imposter into my life? Is this possible? Does it happen?

If so, how can I find out, so at least I can have some peace of mind?

Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire...there are some Covens, in the seller review area, that have some exceptionally dark beings that DO NOT have ANY limitations on what they can do. If you have experience with very dark beings, I would look into introducing one in to your keep. House rules are a must with beings like this because they are incredible protective and WILL ATTACK anyone that upsets you....and they won't stop.
