I believe it's not likely. I don't have fears.
Everyone has fears. Those we know about and those we don't.
Only fools, the ignorant, mad men and the dead don't have fears. Or at least claim to not have them.
Fear is a vital part of survival, only to be ruled by it is a problem. If you didn't have any fears, that means you don't really have a proper survival instinct either.
Although it might seem manly to claim to have no fears, you wouldn't have courage either without fear. I'd rather be corageous than fearless.
Never let ego suppress the truth, you'll just be worse off for it, especially in the long run. The jungian shadow is a dangerous thing.
I believe that fear in general needs food to work and make its effect like like identifying with negative thinking and trusting unappropriate beliefs etc... Does it appear when someone is watching a comedy movie

I was talking about fears regarding the situation i am facing. What do fears of heights or snakes have to do with the pendilum, please
Hi
@chanfara .
I'm not piling in against you here and I don't want to. I'll just make one more point then back off.
Fears, anxieties and worries need not be apparent and obvious. In fact mere uncertainty or doubt can qualify. It is the very subtle stuff going on even subliminally or unconsciously that can be triggering subtle, unnoticed projections and blocks to progress.
The reason Jung called it the Shadow is because it's not out in the open. It's hidden. It's a blind spot for most of us.
The really sneaky thing is that it doesn't cease to operate just because we know it could be an issue, or are spiritually aware. In fact even though I've studied Franz Bardon's book and practiced the introspection and thought control steps dedicatedly, it didn't stop. It's a permanent way our minds are always working that needs continual awareness & work on by us on a lifelong basis.
I'm in danger of sounding like I'm trying to persuade you that your issue/problem is just projection/shadow related. I don't know you and do not claim to know this at all.
It may well be that you're right.
I can however fully support
@Aprophis"s recommendations.
Also, yes, mindfulness can be a good way to calm our mental energy down. But, of course, uncertainty can still remain and it's very easy for us to dowse/divine our subtle uncertainties or 'fears', especially with a pendulum.
I wish you good luck dealing with this and hope that, if nothing else, at least some of the information has been interesting, if not in the end useful.
