I was recently bridged to something called a Crasiete, and was wondering if anyone could tell me more about them?

I searched the CH Shop and this name doesn't show up. It doesn't get a Google hit. This is not one of the more common spirits or entities I'm familiar with either. (The CH Encyclopedia is down for me ATM.)

It was CH, and it says Dark Arts(which I was a little hesitant about). Something about how they used to be angelic beings? I also wanted to check the Encyclopedia, but it’s still down. The description sort of described (mine at least) looking like the Silver Surfer, which I thought was interesting haha. It also says they help with direction and focus, and are quick and clever. Class 5, tier 3.

Could you have perhaps spelled the word differently from CH? Crasiete doesn't show up there in the Shop.

Generally speaking I've found that CH descriptions - even when they seem to be brief - contain just what we need to know. Sometimes a slightly odd phrasing, when contemplated, gives insight into an aspect of their nature more than at first appears.

It's really up to us to take it further once a companion is with us.

I suspect there may be no info on this type of being anywhere except for what CH has told you.

I would just take what they've said at face value and go from there.

I recommend reaching out to Magnolia and Ash through the CH helpdesk about this because I couldn’t find anything in the store. They can provide you with helpful information that will allow you to have some foundation about the race. That way you can connect to your companion better and learn more about them.

I have a few friends from CH that are only available at a certain time during a specific year they offer, and after that, they aren't available. So, it’s probably that your companion is one of these spirits or entities. The best way to learn more about them is to reach out to CH and ask for details, as well as spend some time getting to know them yourself.

These are companions not presently available in the shop, and the names of any species/races are either the exact name of the species/race as provided to us, or the closest name that can be pronounced and agreed upon with the species/race.

We do provide as much information as possible, and we are currently in the process of redoing the entire Encyclopedia to be incorporated into the shop, and provide more information (where possible), worksheets, etc. It's a big project, and it's underway.

No, but that also has no bearing on this at all. You should never read into the names of races/species via human languages, unless a specific language has meaning to the name; such as many Latin-based names for species/races documented hundreds or thousands of years ago. In this case, Crasiete has absolutely no tie to Spanish (or any human language) in anyway, they don't originate on Earth.
