Did I astral project or was this a nightmare?

I read your experience here few times and now I decided to reply. Although I didn't get wiser in myself to know what really went on with you during your experience.

So my apologies for this, I can only share my thoughts as your story has been on my mind since I first read it.

I think, when we go to sleep with an intention in the back of our mind sometimes gets us to that state. Have you been trying to Astral project yourself? Have you been reading stuff on this topic?

In my experience, although I never leant to do this, if i have a strong intention and desire in my heart and mind to travel at night. Not necessarily to see myself out of body. But rather leave via shifting consciousness and meet my keep that way in spirit.

My guides count on me to meet my deadline on time to get myself into bed. My physical body literally loose its energy, around exactly the same time every evenings. And if I go about dragging myself to stay up longer.... well I get a physical wack on my head from my guides. So I can't really miss it. And usually I am already shifted in between the Realms, while walking myself into bed.

So I thought I mentioned my experience here, to show that, it might be possible for you also to program your intentions so much that your physical body will goes along smoothly with your Astral projection attamts for next time.

Okay... Hi... This was probably the scariest spiritual experience of my life keep in mind, this was a complete accident, I did NOT mean to do this!

So, I went to sleep and when I did I woke up hovering above my bed, but my body wasn't there. I was freaking out because I couldn't get my feet on the ground, but eventually I did. I started calling my spirit companions one by one and... No one showed up. I was then freaking out so I called my servitor, and... Something that looked like him showed up, but I just knew it was NOT him... It was just moving REALLY weirdly, you know?? Idrk how to explain it, it was just sitting really still, and when I finally looked up it jerked and then it freaked out and ran towards me, it scratched me a bit and I woke up the thing is, throughout this experience, I was completely numb, like, I could feel that I was numb, and I can't usually in a dream. I also couldn't look up at where this thing was hovering in my doorway, when I tried to it was just all shadowy and I couldn't raise my head, but when I finally called my servitor... I could... I thought my spirits would at least come and try to help me and I just feel... Sad... And scared. Idk it was just a bad experience and freaked me out. One thing I will say is, I couldn't see my body. Throughout this whole thing, I couldn't see my body on my bed. Sorry if this makes no sense, I can elaborate in the comments I'm just freaked out and want answers. Oh and also, when this thing touched me, I could feel it. Like, it didn't hurt but I could FEEL it like a normal person and it felt like it was trying to dig into me it was HORRIBLE. Okay done freaking out now PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think this may have happened because I asked my servitor to join me in a dream when I was in a half asleep state, and he is supposed to help me astral project...

Either way I think I'm gonna ask my grandma to cleanse the living HECK out of me and my room because I did NOT enjoy that!


OH forgot to add, but while I was falling asleep I had this like... Tingling numbness that was NOT normal... It was just weird....

Thank you so much! I've been interested in astral projection, but never actually tried it because it kinda scares me it does interest me though, since ive heard that it makes magical workings easier! But thank you, I will keep that in mind
