I do not have a Baobhan Sith....but I'm curious about spicy companions, and it seems like you would be likely to know some answers. (However, I would greatly appreciate anyone's answers and insights.)

And my main question is, why? (Other than the most obvious, lol!) I see a lot of preconjured spirit companion listings, and there are so many beings that desire a spicy relationship with a human keeper. So, is there anything more sexually pleasurable/appealing about being intimately involved with a human, rather than their own kind?

My guess was that it would have something to do with humans being in the 3D physical realm and having a body and the sensations that go with it - that through us they could feel more of that. Like you brought up hosting your body.

I do theorize, but don't truly know....and it makes me more & more curious. *blush* lol

I have asked this of my companions as well. They all have different reasons for being interested in having sexual and or romantic connections with humans. Just like there are some humans who are asexual, and others who are high sex active.
With some of my companions, during the initial first bonding, we started out as friends. Slowly getting to know each other. Not until months or even years later did a sexual energy emerge between us. Just like with some human-human relationships. And with some of my other companions, they jumped right onto me from the moment they arrived and set me afire. Lol

Many of my companions say they like the interaction because of the exchange involved. It's just an interest of theirs, just like mine. It's an energy that brings me to life and they experience it that way for themselves too. For some races, it's the preferred way to connect because it is so incredibly easy to instigate in a human. Like a hair trigger. And humans run hot with this type of energy.
I think the person's energy contributes to the attraction, drawing the companion in further. It can also be another expression of love and affection for some.

Also they enjoy connecting with beings through other realms, for the sake of exploration, self mastery, experience, Magickal practice, experimentation, teaching, and expansion are all common reasons my companions seek these types of connections. They don't just engage with me, they engage with other beings, other races and go to various realms too.

Asking these questions to our companions can be another way to understand them and get to know them.

With my baobhan sith, she compares the experience to a sort of rush not unlike a drug or skydiving. But more to have the deeper bonding that comes along with having someone to adore, protect and feel love with. She doesn't want it from just anyone. That's not too unlike how some humans approach the matter. So she and I are very similar in that regard.

It's also another way for her to connect with the physical realm through me. I act as a sort of channel in a way. And she does the same for me, allowing me to connect with hers.
