I cannot comment on how much a Baku would help, but I have a companion who is partly sandman and one night when I couldn't sleep for hours, I asked him to help. Do you know the tv children bedtime show "Unser Sandmännchen"? Probably not, it's German. It's just some minutes long and a little sandman figure comes and throws sand on you so you can sleep. It's quite cute. It felt like when the tv sandman throws the sand, just on an energetical level, and I got all warm and fuzzy.

Honestly I had never considered a Sandman for my nightmares and disturbed sleep either! CH matched me with one that's perfect for me with a reverse adoption!

I dunno about a Sandman assisting with vivid dreams. I have had those all my life and haven't noticed an increase or decrease since bringing my Sandman home.

But I highly recommend a Sandman for any sleep-related issues!!

I had this experience when my Sandman first arrived. Drowsy too.

When a new spirit companion arrives, their fresh energy - distinct new presence - can be so easy to notice and connect with.

There's an effect that I believe CH has mentioned, if I remember correctly. We can get conditioned / used to a spell binding or spirit companion. When that happens we need to make some effort on our part to establish a connection.

So, if it happens that we become resistant mentally to experiencing their influence over time, I think we only need to allow ourselves to reconnect.

I say that as much to myself as anyone else.

I have a sleep commune that includes
  • a.Sandman
  • a Baku
  • Hypnos
  • a Dreamcatcher spider/woman from Mystic Morning Treasures.

Sandman can help with pretty much anything dream related. They can indeed help with causing more vivid dreams.
