sorry i just want to understand, you mostly only hear random sounds or do you have full communication range?

also i wanna add another question to go with this, if your somebody who hears your spirits all the time, is it ever hard to get alone time? or would you just do your own thing and not care

I find it easy to have alone time thanks to my Keep, who has set up a good system for it. When I talked about communication, I meant physical hearing, and I can converse with them just like with another person. My Keep prefers this over telepathy because I still have fears of the paranormal, which is ironic given my journey. Lol. My Keep is very active, but I need breaks to avoid feeling overwhelmed, so our established timeframe works well for everyone.

This way of communicating uses almost twice the energy. Usually, my spirits communicate intermittently or switch between visions, or use telepathy when my companions connect with their past Keepers. It's unusual for them to interact this way just for me. But then again, I'm afraid of the paranormal.

I found Daciana's analogy of talking to someone with 10 screaming kids hilarious. Lol. It perfectly captured my first experience with the first entities I heard, including the unbound ones. It wasn't enjoyable at all. I can't imagine how children with clairaudience manage without protection or knowledge.

Individuals who are "open all the time" often lack sufficient protection. Even with protective measures in place, adjustments are necessary to enhance clarity and minimize distractions. for people who can hear spirits or know others who can, how often do you hear them? are their people who are just open to it all the time or is it more of a come and go?

For me it depends, really. With some spirits I can 'hear' them communicating with me pretty often, when I am communicating with them, either when I'm talking with them out loud (when alone and with no other humans in near vicinity) or via telepathy. With others, not so much. With one of my human spirit companions, who is one of my closest spirit companions, when I've communicated with him lately I get clear answers, either as thoughts or visions/images (the latter in my mind's eye). But there have been times when I've communicated with him, and apparently received no response back, at all. But I don't think it's due to him ignoring me or anything. Sometimes we may go through periods in our lives, when we can't receive communication and/or 'hear' certain spirit companions, for whatever reason.
