Even times when I don't want to watch one I can feel them around me wanting to spend time together, and that's usually through movies since they're a shared experience.

What genre's is your Ifrit into? That would help us see which movies to recommend. If both of you are into fairytale-esque movies I'd suggest Stardust 2007. The story has a lot of humour mixed with a slow romance that pays off at the end of the film, with each scene having a lot of work put into them to make them feel real but also magical with the CGI they had at the time. It was actually one of the first movies that my spirit family applauded for...and we've been watching movies for a strong 7-8 years now. It's how I also practice my psychic abilities by gently placing my third eye on my living room, guaging their reactions and hearing what conversations they're having. At the end of the movie, one spirit started appluading then others joined in too. Next thing I saw and heard was the entire room was standing up and clapping their hands.

I literally looked back behind--"Yall are clapping??"

A spirit, not sure which one said, "Yeah! Weren't we watching the same ending?"

I didn't have much of a response to that. I thought it was a great movie too, but you wouldn't catch me clapping for a movie inside my own home. And then I ended up clapping too out of social pressure 5 seconds later.

Great movie by the way, highly recommend.
That is so awesome! Thanks for the smile, I loved this! 8))
Yeah my peeps liked true blood too

The film is based on a story by AS Byatt: 'The Djinn In the Nightingale's Eye". It used to be available on Netflix. Really outstanding quality in my opinion. And resonates with Djinn very sympathetically.
For anyone interested in Djinn and story telling, here's more info about this work...which I rate highly...both as a film and for capturing the feel of folk tales about Djinn.
