I can always tell when CH is doing a binding for me. I get insomnia, and body aches. I feel fine the next day but it's happened each time.

When i first received members of my spirit family, i just felt a massive tingling coming from my heart chakra that lasted for 2-3 weeks. i still get it, rarely though.
