DID I JUST SEE MY SPIRIT?!?

It was around three in the morning when I was washing dishes and my clothes that I felt I was being watched. I already had a few manifestations of white smoke from the corner of my eye. I looked out of the corner of my eye to the kitchen entry way. What I saw freaked me out and made me fully turn to it for some reason with a gasp. I had saw a shadow of a man standing in the doorway but when I fully turned it went away. I went back to work and slowly the figure, slightly hazy now, kept coming closer to me in flashes. I was scared so I pleaded to my spirits if it was them to please stop. I was home alone and tend to handle Manifestations better when someone else is home and it's daylight though I hope to get better. Before I saw the figure in the doorway and come closer I was first seeing it in the entry room with the front door. I didn't look for long since it freaked me out, it was almost pitch black in that room. I would see the dark figure in there. Either by the door, Christmas tree, or near the gate. I choose to ignore it and keep my eyes straight ahead and not look into the room. Days before this I went to push up my glasses from my left side and in front of my hand I saw a purely black hand. It was daylight then but it slightly spooked me. The hand thing happened the second day I got the CH Dynamite Spirit Commutation spell. Now that I think about it I think it might have been one of my spirits but i'm unsure

Interesting. I would be scared too. But the fear goes away with time. It is nice to read about the various ways spirits manifest to their keepers

That's really spookey and even though I'm very hard to shock, the way you describe it, may had an impact on my fear actually too. Especially the black hand in front of you.

You should ask, whoever this one is, to manifest maybe more carefully and make you less scared or let you more time to adjust to their manifestations, by manifesting less often and maybe less in duration.

If it happens to be someone you didn't invite, then ask them to leave instead.

Thank you, the black hand didn't scare me far to much. It had just slightly spooked me. Just yesterday my friend saw it as well so I proposed we go talk to the spirit and entity. Through time we learned it was a unbound sterling angel that was acquainted with CH and wanted to be bound to me. I contacted the help desk about her just to be sure since I'm aware unbounds can lie to trick you. Though It makes a bit of sense since Sterling Angels can manifest as shadows
