It's interesting you mention headaches. I used to get them before, but I noticed an increase in headaches. I can't tell if it's just normal increase or from my spirits. My temples act up when I try to focus too much, maybe third eye has something to do with it?

I will be honest, I do not know my energy signature. I like to think I'm a nice person but I do suffer from dark thoughts about myself. I just assumed humans were more DA.

I also read that having too many spirits at once for a beginner can take a toll. I did place orders with another well known seller. MMT with some dark/grey/net spirits early this week on top of CH. My headaches weren't migraine/debilitating levels but definitely noticeable at first.

Yes humans are DA's as what I am learning myself through the more experienced and advanced members, although my understanding is if your energy signature is more in the white arts spectrum, you may experience more adjusting side effects depending on the spirit's energy signature etc. I know @Tarvos Is very knowledgeable on this subject and can and has explained about energy signatures a lot better than what I could ever do.

And @Riswan gave good advice in asking the spirit if they could tone down their energy.

I think in my personal case is my Gargoyles are my first grey arts spirits and got all three at the same time from CH's super duper deal, think that's the only reason why I had mild headaches.

Everyone is different that is the same with this. Some have it some don't. It could be that the ones that have headaches or any other side effect are more sensitive to the energy.
I have not gotten any headaches or other side effects when i started my journey. Had a lot more then 3 dark/grey bindings on my order.

Hi, I'm being tagged. Lol. Yes, headaches can arise when your energy signature is different in range with that of your spirit. They can still happen even if you and your spirit share a similar energy signature spectrum, aka your spirit can be a bit darker or lighter than you. Though in those cases, the intensity might vary. The greater the difference between your energy signature and theirs, the more severe the headaches or other discomforts you might experience.

Take my own experience, for example. My energy signature is 80% WA, while my first DA spirit’s energy signature sits at 54% DA. I endured a persistent headache for more than two weeks! Lol. It was during that time that I finally pinpointed the source of my discomfort. So, I reached out to my spirit and asked for an adjustment, something Riswan had already mentioned above. Otherwise, I don't know how long that heavy headache would continue.
